At MeWe Technologies, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our K-10 HYBRID Fuel Dispenser is engineered to provide exceptional performance and durability. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty and guarantee program.
Warranty Coverage
1. Standard Warranty
- Duration: 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. MeWe Technologies will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship.
2. Extended Warranty
- Duration: Additional 12 months (total of 36 months) if registered within 30 days of purchase.
- Coverage: Extends the standard warranty coverage for an additional year, offering prolonged peace of mind and protection.
What is Covered
1. Parts and Labor
- All parts and labor costs required to repair or replace any defective components are covered under the warranty.
2. Technical Support
- Free technical support for troubleshooting and operational assistance throughout the warranty period.
3. Shipping Costs
- MeWe Technologies will cover shipping costs for sending the product to the service center for repairs within the warranty period.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Register Your Product
- Register your K-10 HYBRID Fuel Dispenser online within 30 days of purchase to activate the extended warranty.

- If you experience any issues with your fuel dispenser, contact our customer support team via phone or email for assistance.
3. Evaluation and Repair
- Our technical support team will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for the product to be shipped to our service center for repair or replacement.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, including hoses, nozzles, and filters.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents, that do not affect product performance.
